How to Start a Return

Email hello@kalosco.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number and reason for return. Photos or videos may be requested for approval.

Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid, downloadable return label (free).

Ship the product back using the provided label.
Refunds

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is complete.
