Returns & Refund Policy

At Kalos Co, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

Condition: Products must be new, unopened, and in original packaging

How to Start a Return

  1. Email hello@kalosco.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number and reason for return. Photos or videos may be requested for approval.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid, downloadable return label (free).

  3. Ship the product back using the provided label.


Refunds

  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is complete.


Important Notes

  • Returns are accepted by mail only.

  • Used, opened, or customer-damaged products are not eligible for return.

  • We cannot accept exchanges at this time.

  • If you entered an incorrect shipping address at checkout and your order has already shipped, we are not responsible for lost packages.
